How Do I Get Started in Billed?
We welcome you to Billed! We know that every business person wants to manage their business activities effectively. So, Billed lets you save and organize all business activities in a single interface.
Here is a quick walkthrough of Billed.

Sign-up your Billed Account
New users can sign-up Billed account through the following steps:
Billed
- You can go straight to the Billed sign-up page from here
- Now, enter your first name and second name.
- Add your email address.
- Write the password and confirm it again.
- Click to checkmark terms to agree with the “Terms and Privacy Policy.”
- Click on “Get Started” to start using your Billed account.
Apple
- You can go straight to the Billed sign-up page from here
- Click to checkmark terms to agree with the “Terms and Privacy Policy.”
- Now click on the “Sign up with Apple” button.
- Add your Apple ID email and press the arrow.
- Add your Apple ID password and press the arrow.
- You can also verify two-factor authentication to secure your Billed account.
- Click “Continue” to continue the signing up process.
- Get the Email verification done.
- After verification, you can start using your Billed account.
- You can go straight to the Billed sign-up page from here
- Click to checkmark terms to agree with the “Terms and Privacy Policy.”
- Now click on the “Sign up with Google” button.
- Add your Gmail and press the “Next” button.
- Add your Gmail password and press the “Next” button.
- Allow Billed to access your google account to verify your account.
- Get the Email verification done.
- After verification, you can start using your Billed account.
- You can go straight to the Billed sign-up page from here
- Click to checkmark terms to agree with the “Terms and Privacy Policy.”
- Now click on the “Sign up with Facebook” button.
- Add your Facebook login details.
- After verification, you can start using your Billed account.
Add Payment Methods
You can set up your payment details through the following methods:
- Strip
- PayPal
Upgrade
You can create up to three invoices, clients, estimates, and expenses in the free Billed version. At a time, you can manage two businesses in your Billed account. To go beyond this limit, you have to upgrade your Billed account.
- Click on the “Upgrade Account” button at the top right corner beside the “New” button.
- Pick a plan and Upgrade your account.

When your sign-up your Billed account, you can start performing the following actions:
- Add your First Client.
- Create your First Invoice.
- Add your First Expense.
- Create your First Estimate.
- Make your First Time Entry and Track your project time.
- Invite your Team Members and colleagues.
- Manage your Businesses in Billed.
- Switch to Dark mode in Billed.
