How Do I Manage My Projects?

You have to manage your projects to perform your business activities smoothly. Billed allows you to manage your current business projects as per your requirements.

While viewing your "Projects" folder, you can perform the following actions:

Edit Project

1. Click on the three dots at the top-left corner of a project. It will show you a small "Menu."
2. Press the "Edit" option from the menu to start editing a project.
3. You can also start editing a project while viewing it. When you open a project, click on the "Edit Project" button from the left side.

Delete Project

1. Click on the three dots at the top-left corner of a project. It will show you a small "Menu."
2. Press the "Delete" option from the menu to delete a project.
3. You can also delete a project while viewing it. When you open a project, click on the "Delete" button from the left side.

Mark Finished

1. Click on the three dots at the top-left corner of a project. It will show you a small "Menu."
2. Press the "Mark Finished" option from the menu to mark it as a 100% finished project.
3. You can also mark a project as finished while viewing it. When you open a project, click on the "Mark Finished" button from the left side.

Make Changes

You can make changes to any project. Go to that project to view the following options from the left menu:

• Edit Project: Make the required changes in your project and click on the "Save" option at the bottom to update the new details.
• Add New Task: You can add any new task to your project.
• Generate Invoice: You can bill your clients by generating invoices within the project.
• Mark Finished/Mark Active: You can "Mark Finished" to any active project or "Mark Active" to any finished project.
• Delete: Delete a project if you don't want it anymore.
