How Do I Manage My Billed Account?

You can manage your first and last name, password, and profile picture. If you want to change or view your account name and profile picture, you can do it inside your Billed account. However, you must visit the Sign-up page to change your password.

Manage Account Name

You can follow these steps to view or change your first and last name:

1. Go to the “My Team” section from the left menu.
2. Click on the first team member (Owner).
3. Edit the name by changing the first and second names.
4. Click on the “Update” button to save the changes.

Change Password

You can change your Billed account password whenever you want. Follow these steps to change your password:

1. Click on “Forget Password” from the sign-up page.
2. Add your email address and click the “Reset Password” button.
3. After verifying your email, you can reset your password.

Note: You can also save your login details by clicking on the “Remember Me” option.

Profile Picture

The profile picture appears at the top-right corner. Billed allows you to change your profile picture whenever you want. Here are a few steps to change your profile picture:

1. Click on “Settings” from the left menu.
2. Go to the “Business Profile.”
3. Click on the current profile picture and upload a new one.

(The new profile picture will appear at the top-right corner. You can also approach profile settings by clicking on the profile picture from the top-right corner.)
