How do I Change Invoice Templates in Billed Mobile Application?
The invoice template can be based on your personal choice or business requirements. You can choose any template from the templates folders.
Your invoice will include all the details regardless of the usage of the template. However, the information will be displayed in a certain way according to the pattern of the template.

How to set default Invoice Templates?
You have to go through the following steps to change the default invoice template:
- Click on the three lines from the top-left corner.
- Go to the "Settings" option.
- Click on "Default Template Settings."
- Go to the “Default Invoice Template.”
- You can swipe left and choose a template.
- Click on the particular template.
- Finally, click the "Update" button from the bottom to apply the template.
The applied template is shown with the blue border. All the next invoices will be created in the selected template by default.
How to change the template for an Invoice?
You can change the template of any particular invoice while creating or editing an invoice. You just have to do the following steps:
Change Template While Creating Invoice
- Go to the "Invoices" section.
- Click on the "+" button from the bottom-right corner.
- Click on "Template" to see the template options.
- Swipe left and choose a template.
- Press the "Update" button to change the new invoice template.
Change Template While Editing Invoice
- Click on "Invoices" from the left menu.
- Open a particular invoice.
- Click on the "Edit" button from the top-right corner.
- Click on "Template" to see the template options.
- Swipe left and choose a template.
- Press the "Update" button to change the template of that invoice.
