How do I Change Estimate Templates in Billed Mobile Application?

The estimates' template can be based on your personal choice or business requirements. You can choose any template from the templates folders. 

Your estimate will include all the details regardless of the usage of the template. However, the information will be displayed in a certain way according to the pattern of the template.

How to set default Estimates’ Templates?

You have to go through the following steps to change the default estimates template:

  • Click on the three lines from the top-left corner.
  • Go to the "Settings" option.
  • Click on "Default Template Settings."
  • Go to the “Default Estimate Template.”
  • You can swipe left and choose a template. 
  • Click on the particular template.
  • Finally, click the "Update" button from the bottom to apply the template.

The applied template is shown with the blue border. All the next estimates will be created in the selected template by default. 

How to change the template for an Estimate?

You can change the template of any particular estimate while creating or editing an estimate. You just have to do the following steps:

Change Template While Creating Estimate

  • Go to the "Estimates" section.
  • Click on the "+" button from the bottom-right corner.
  • Click on "Template" to see the template options.
  • Swipe left and choose a template. 
  • Press the "Update" button to change the new estimate's template.

Change Template While Editing Invoice

  • Click on "Estimates" from the left menu.
  • Open a particular estimate.
  • Click on the "Edit" button from the top-right corner.
  • Click on "Template" to see the template options.
  • Swipe left and choose a template. 
  • Press the "Update" button to change the template of that estimate.
