How to Add a New Brand in Billed?

When you sign up, your first business details will become your primary business. You can add more brands to your billed account. Billed also lets you run each business separately and independently from each other. 

You can keep your business information, team members, and clients of each business separately. Also, switch to any brand anytime while using the same Billed account.

How to Add a New Brand?

You can add a new brand in Billed through the following steps:

  • Click on “Settings” from the left menu.
  • Go to the “Brands” section. 
  • Click on the “Add New Brand” button to add a new brand to the same account.

Add Details

Now, you have to add the following details about your new brand:

  • Click on “Business Name” to add your brand’s name.
  • Then, add your business email.
  • Click on “Business Phone” to write the business phone number.
  • Add up the business address details in two address lines.
  • Click on “Brand Logo” to upload any image as a logo of your business. 
  • Finally, click on the “Add” button at the bottom.

How to Switch Brands?

You can switch brands in the following ways:

  • Click on the logo at the top-right corner. Now, click on the first option, “Switch Business.” Finally, press the “Activate” button of the concerned brand.
  • Click on “Settings” from the left menu. Then, go to the “Brands” section and press the “Activate” button of the concerned brand.

How to Edit the Brand Details?

You can edit the details of currently active business in your Billed account. Billed let you update the business details through the following steps:

  • Click on “Settings” from the left menu. 
  • Go to the “Business Profile” and edit any of your business details.
  • Finally, click on the “Save” button at the bottom to update the business profile.
