How do I Change Invoice Templates?
The invoice template can be based on your personal choice or invoicing requirements. You can choose any template from the templates folders.
Your invoice will include all the details regardless of the usage of the template. However, the information will be displayed in a certain way according to the pattern of the template.

How to Set the Default Invoice Template?
You have to go through the following steps to change the default invoice template:
- Go to "Settings" from the left menu.
- Click on "Invoice Templates."
- You can scroll and choose a template.
- Click on the particular template.
- Finally, click the "Save" button from the bottom to apply the template.
The applied template is shown with the blue border, and you can see the "Applied" tag on that template. All the next invoices will be created in the selected template by default.
How to Change the Template for an invoice?
You can change the template of any particular invoice while creating or editing an invoice. You just have to do the following steps:
Change Template While Creating Invoice
- Click on "Invoices" from the left menu.
- Click on the "Create Invoice" button from the top-right corner.
- Click on "Invoice Template" to see the template options.
- Select an option and press the "Confirm" button to change the new invoice’s template.
Change Template While Editing Invoice
- Click on "Invoices" from the left menu.
- Open a particular invoice.
- Click on the "Edit" button from the top-right corner.
- Click on "Invoice Template" to see the template options.
Select an option and press the "Confirm" button to change the template of that invoice.
