How do I Change Estimate Templates?
The estimates' template can be based on your personal choice or business requirements. You can choose any template from the templates folders.
Your estimate will include all the details regardless of the usage of the template. However, the information will be displayed in a certain way according to the pattern of the template.

How to set default Estimates’ Templates?
You have to go through the following steps to change the default estimates template:
- Go to "Settings" from the left menu.
- Click on "Estimate Templates."
- You can scroll and choose a template.
- Click on the particular template.
- Finally, click the "Save" button from the bottom to apply the template.
The applied template is shown with the blue border, and you can see the "Applied" tag on that template. All the next estimates will be created in the selected template by default.
How to change the template for an Estimate?
You can change the template of any particular estimate while creating or editing an estimate. You just have to do the following steps:
Change Template While Creating Estimate
- Click on "Estimates" from the left menu.
- Click on the "New Estimate" button from the top-right corner.
- Click on "Estimate Template" to see the template options.
- Select an option and press the "Confirm" button to change the new estimate's template.
Change Template While Editing Invoice
- Click on "Estimates" from the left menu.
- Open a particular estimate.
- Click on the "Edit" button from the top-right corner.
- Click on "Estimate Template" to see the template options.
- Select an option and press the "Confirm" button to change the template of that estimate.
